Every SnugEase Bib is made with love. And we want you to love your SnugEase Bib. So, if you have a SnugEase Bib that is defective, we will replace it.

While it is our goal and commitment to you to always create the highest quality product, we understand that imperfections may escape our detection. If you have received a bib that is defective due to a manufacturing imperfection, notify us at needhelp@snugease.com and we will mail you a postage paid envelope so that you may return the defective bib. Upon receipt of the defective bib, we will then mail, at no additional cost, a new replacement bib. By notifying us, you help us to continue to improve the SnugEase.

We are sorry, but damage due to misuse - food and ink stains, faded fabric, and snags - are not considered defects :o)

Note: While extremely rare, immediately discontinue use of the SnugEase Bib if the memory wire punctures the fabric of the bib .
